Aside from her enthusiasm for skincare, Carolyn also takes great passion in hosting beautiful and elegant tea parties. It is no secret that stress is a great contributor to illness. Not only does tea offer a plethora of antioxidants, enjoying the ritual of taking tea gives us a chance to slow down, savor the moment, and enjoy all the benefits that tea offers. Studies have shown that tea strengthens the immune system and can help prevent many illnesses, including a reduction in skin cancer. White tea helps prevent skin from aging.
